Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to solve business problems and identify trends.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Las Vegas and California to understand data requirements and technical specifications.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all data within our reporting systems.
- Generate regular performance reports and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve query performance and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and programming languages like Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts (e.g., 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience working remotely and managing time independently.
