Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business reporting needs.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and validation checks.
- Produce comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with ETL processes.
- Expert knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts and communicate asynchronously with the team.
