Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support data warehousing initiatives.
- Create interactive, high-performance dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to identify data gaps and define metrics for success.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support business planning.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through rigorous quality assurance protocols.
- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
