Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders

- Develop automated reporting pipelines to improve data accessibility and accuracy

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design experience
- Excellent communication skills translating technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling preferred
