Responsibilities
- Visualize Data: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Database Management: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Business Insights: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Reporting: Create executive summaries and presentations that translate complex data findings into simple, actionable insights for leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
