Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis to validate data accuracy and integrity.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
- Optimize database queries and reporting structures for better performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python/R for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment is highly preferred.
