The Role:
You will serve as the bridge between our data and our business strategy. You will analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and create compelling visualizations that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL, Python, and Excel to uncover business opportunities and risks.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to define data requirements and analytical goals.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present complex data findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and product features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Window Functions, Stored Procedures).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
