Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to uncover trends and insights
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop predictive models to forecast market behavior and customer churn
- Create automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize user experience and conversion rates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong background in statistical analysis and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
