Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and databases to support business operations.
- Create clear and concise data visualizations, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Conduct statistical analysis to forecast business trends and support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all systems.
- Identify process improvements to enhance data quality and analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
