Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting

- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Maintain and optimize data models for performance and scalability
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to drive product improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R programming
- Advanced visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record of translating data into business strategy
