Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex ETL pipelines and data models to support business intelligence needs.
- Visualize data using Tableau and Power BI to create executive dashboards that drive key strategic initiatives.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and measure campaign performance.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, with a strong preference for remote work experience.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical findings into business value.
