Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform statistical analysis to support A/B testing and business forecasting initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all data sources and reporting systems.
- Document data processes and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures, and joins).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, SAS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
