Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Identify process optimization opportunities through quantitative analysis
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear, data-backed recommendations
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product hypotheses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in tech or e-commerce
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, window functions)
- Advanced Python skills with pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
- Strong Tableau/Power BI dashboard development experience
- Proven ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
- Experience with statistical modeling and experimental design
