Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Create predictive models to forecast business outcomes and optimize campaigns
- Present complex findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Implement data governance best practices and ensure data quality standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design capabilities
- Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects with measurable impact
