Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL & Data Engineering: Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for non-technical audiences and executive leadership.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend automated solutions to improve data quality and reporting speed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python, or R. Strong experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to diverse audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
