Responsibilities
- Drive Insights: Transform raw data into actionable business insights through advanced modeling and visualization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Visualization: Design and maintain complex, interactive dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau/Power BI.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple data sources and systems.
- Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Strategy: Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders to influence business strategy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the technology or finance sector.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Tools: Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise recommendations.
