Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets to support business objectives.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize data trends for stakeholders.
- Database Management: Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models and perform statistical analysis to forecast future trends and support strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand data needs and present findings clearly.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, analytical methods, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Strong command of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
