Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analyses on large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Build predictive models and statistical algorithms to support forecasting and decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, optimization) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is preferred.
