The Role
You will be the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. We need someone who can dive deep into complex datasets, uncover actionable insights, and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor KPIs and business performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Build and maintain SQL queries and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, translating technical findings into business value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in a top tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-starter with a proven track record of driving projects from conception to completion.
