Responsibilities
- Data Exploration & Analysis: Utilize SQL, Python, and R to extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to communicate complex findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and perform statistical analysis to support business forecasting and risk assessment.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data workflows and propose automation solutions to improve efficiency and data quality.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in the finance, healthcare, or technology sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, stored procedures) and Python or R.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
