As a Senior Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between complex data sets and strategic business objectives. You will own the end-to-end data analysis lifecycle, from data modeling and cleaning to the creation of executive dashboards that stakeholders rely on daily.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence requirements.
- Transform raw data into clear, actionable insights and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to support A/B testing, market research, and strategic planning.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Produce regular performance reports and executive summaries for leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expert level skills in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis and scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
