Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement across various departments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and executive leadership, to translate data into clear business narratives.
- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large-scale datasets from multiple sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through rigorous testing, validation, and quality assurance protocols.
- Lead data migration projects and contribute to the optimization of our data warehousing architecture.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably within the Fintech, Healthcare, or SaaS sectors.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling way.
