In this pivotal role, you will own the data strategy for key product lines, transforming complex datasets into actionable business intelligence. You will work closely with C-level executives and product managers to solve the most challenging business problems using advanced analytics and visualization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and interactive dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau/PowerBI.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden trends, anomalies, and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical data specifications.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all data pipelines and reporting environments.
- Present compelling data stories and strategic recommendations to executive leadership through high-impact visualizations.
- Optimize ETL processes and data warehouse performance to improve efficiency and reduce latency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree is preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the SaaS or FinTech industry.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with modern BI tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) and ETL tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
