The Role:
We are looking for a problem solver who can bridge the gap between technical data teams and executive decision-makers. You will own our data pipelines, ensure data integrity, and create compelling visualizations that tell the story behind the numbers.
Responsibilities
- Drive Insights: Analyze complex, multi-source datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Visual Storytelling: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize ETL processes and improve data quality and accessibility.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports that directly influence executive decision-making.
- Auditing: Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL for data querying and Python/R for advanced analysis.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and Excel (Advanced/Macros).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
