Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and events in real-time using SIEM tools.
- Perform basic log analysis and triage to identify potential threats.
- Document security incidents and maintain accurate ticketing records.
- Assist in the implementation of security patches and updates.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure secure network configurations.
- Participate in security awareness training and drills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
