Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform: Gather, clean, and transform large, complex datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity for analysis.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate findings clearly to non-technical and technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and recommend automation strategies to improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, stored procedures), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Visualization: Strong experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into simple, actionable insights.
- Remote Work: Must be comfortable working in a remote or hybrid setting with excellent self-management skills.
