Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and databases to support business intelligence initiatives.
- SQL & ETL: Write optimized SQL queries and perform Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Visualization: Create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Remote Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams remotely, providing data-driven recommendations to support product and marketing strategies.
- Reporting: Generate regular, automated reports that summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business health.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when manipulating large datasets and preparing financial or operational reports.
