You will own the data reporting lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and actionable insights that drive revenue and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL processes to support business intelligence needs.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling, interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) that provide real-time insights to executive leadership and operational teams.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends, optimize marketing campaigns, and identify new market opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business requirements into data solutions.
- SQL & Backend Support: Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current reporting processes and implement automated solutions to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake) and Python or R. Experience with data warehousing concepts is highly preferred.
- Tools: Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and a keen eye for detail when auditing data.
