Responsibilities
- Transform complex raw data into clear, concise, and actionable business reports and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and database schemas to support data extraction and reporting needs.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Automate data pipelines and reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a compelling and understandable manner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert level experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical data into business value for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment is a plus.
