Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to track KPIs and performance metrics in real-time.
- Develop advanced SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data from various sources, including SQL Server and Cloud databases.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear, compelling presentations and reports.
- Partner with the engineering team to optimize data pipelines and improve data quality (ETL processes).
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
