Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of raw data to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and data architecture.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to support A/B testing and product optimization initiatives.
- Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries for leadership, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities by analyzing business workflows and data flows.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL databases.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
