We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex data sets to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and engineering teams, to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
- Maintain and improve data pipelines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and real-time reporting.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and PowerBI.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
