Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Develop advanced SQL queries and Python scripts to analyze large, complex datasets.
- Build interactive and intuitive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to monitor KPIs and trends.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define data requirements and metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify operational bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift) and Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
