Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to process large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs and business metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations
- Automate reporting processes and establish data governance frameworks for enterprise-wide consistency
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional data initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, optimization)
- Advanced knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical modeling
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
