Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to internal staff and troubleshoot end-user problems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network optimization projects

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
- CompTIA Network+ certification is a plus (training provided)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site visits
