Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights to drive business strategy.
- Design and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses.
- Document data models and ensure data quality and integrity standards are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
