In this role, you will own critical components of our core platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive technical excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software architectures for our enterprise applications.
- Development Lifecycle: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern languages and frameworks (Python, Go, or Java preferred).
- Code Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews, perform technical debt analysis, and enforce coding standards.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to define requirements and deliver high-quality features on time.
- Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in existing systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a production environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Database: Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and optimization.
- Tools: Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
