Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL pipelines and data warehouses to support business intelligence needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Detroit and Texas to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert level experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
