Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Design and implement statistical models to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support data-driven decisions
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize product performance and user engagement
- Present complex findings through clear, compelling narratives to non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality across all projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- Proven experience working in remote or distributed teams
- Certification in Google Analytics or similar analytics platform is a plus
