Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to inform strategic business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling data narratives
- Stay current with emerging analytics techniques and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with government or federal contractors
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in regression analysis and hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, or BigQuery)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
