Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining: Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data integrity.
- Visual Storytelling: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and solve business problems.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data collection and reporting processes and implement automated solutions to streamline workflows.
- Strategy Development: Use data-driven insights to recommend strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Stored Procedures) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Strong expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all analytical work.
