Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that influence business performance.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models and forecasting tools to anticipate market trends and business needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data models, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Tools: Strong command of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Location: Must be based in Colorado Springs, CO (or willing to relocate), with a valid US work authorization.
