Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to measure product performance
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track key business metrics
- Present complex findings to non-technical audiences through compelling data narratives
- Automate reporting workflows to improve data accessibility and efficiency
- Contribute to data governance initiatives ensuring quality and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design experience
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) a plus
