Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL processes to support business intelligence needs.
- Transform raw data into intuitive visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Strong hands-on experience with visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data manipulation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
