Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and optimize customer acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- A/B test design and implementation for product optimization campaigns
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and executive summaries
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, optimization)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and statistical software (R/Python)
- Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
