Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js)
- Optimize front-end performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and caching strategies
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect implementations
- Conduct cross-browser testing and ensure WCAG 2.1 compliance
- Monitor application health using tools like New Relic and Datadog
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS), and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React preferred)
- Experience with Node.js, Express, and server-side rendering
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS/GCP
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
