Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Perform statistical analysis to validate data integrity and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines to ensure high data quality and availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup culture.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
