Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Collect, clean, and process large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, visually compelling dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to support A/B testing, forecasting, and risk assessment initiatives.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, translating complex data findings into clear, concise executive summaries.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automated solutions to improve data quality and speed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, Python or R for scripting, and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Tools: Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ETL processes.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management and self-discipline.
