Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence needs.
- Design interactive, self-service dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to identify market trends, user behavior patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift, or Snowflake) and Python.
- Strong command of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Power BI.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical hypothesis testing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
