Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets to support complex business questions and strategic initiatives.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within our data ecosystem.
- Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data architecture.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably within the technology or finance sectors.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter mindset with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
